Doesn't even look like they are going to hit the first tier. 9 days left and they are only half way there.
I have a good chunk of their catalog and rarely use it. As most on this thread, I want to work and not be asked to make purchases mid session when pulling up a preset.

Wow - that has to be disappointing to IK.

Good customer support and relations goes a long way. It's too bad that so few companies get this concept. Fortunately there are some that do.

Should be more disappointing to users. We're happy to give away the 5-for-the-price of one, if people spread the word and participated instead of waiting for everybody else to it would work (like group buys in the past have).

Hopefully those that do have faith in people participating are not disappointed with where the group buy is now (BOGO) and where it goes (since it shouldn't be written off - again, a group buy is made or broken by the people, we're just offering a great deal if people share and make people aware... and it is already a deal from the start).

Not to be contrary but it is a bit funny how the folks here don't hear from support until they talk you here. That is not the best business as usual scenario as it appears on the surface on this forum. Correct me if I'm wrong.

You're not wrong. And things like this aren't limited to IK but to other businesses. Nothing gets done until a public stink is made; (now if only United Airlines would learn

^ Disagree. I had an issue with Waves and within a few minutes of initiating a chat they called me and got the issue solved.

Eventide and Soundtoys have been great when I've had issues as well.

I never said ALL companies were bad when it comes to support; it's just that it's endemic in a very large portion. Rare is the company that does right by it's customers without having to go around said support and shine a public light on what's going on.
