I wonder if the video updates will allow my system to play Quicktime movies properly. I still haven't gotten it to work correctly in 7.1

There is something that appears to be conflicting on AvidStore site

"To purchase this upgrade, you must have a qualifying Pro Tools license. Please enter your Pro Tools license below so we can verify it in your iLok.com account: *"

Then

Enter "iLok.com User ID:"

What is correct? What number or Licence should be entered? There is only one place to enter the requested info.
You should be entering the user name of your iLok account.

For Windozers....

Downloaded the upgrade

Deinstalled 7.1

Rebooted

Installed 7.3

Rebooted

Went to http://www.ilok.com logged in and added the new license (required "surrender" of 7.1 license) and "synched" everything as well.

Rebooted

Started PT-M and everything loaded perfect....looks good so far folks!

Gee...if only MickeySoft Upgrades were this smooth and easy.

ROFLMAO!

I can't seem to order this either. Firefox doesn't work at all - the javascript button to continue after entering the ILok ID is dead. On 2 different machines, one with IE6 and one with IE7, I get a javascript error when I click the Continue button after entering my ILok ID.

Line: 350
Char: 4
Error: 'document.getElementById(...)' is null or not an object

not sure how I found the MPT 7.3 update but I just installed it on my system. I figured it would help with the MP 7.3 update.

I have a problem when I open up PTMP 7.3 I get the following message.

Could not complete your request because Assertion in
"\code\azuki_Cliff\AlturaPorts\NewFileLibs\Sys\Sys _line 144.

I click ok and pt seems to work normal. I did a complete reinstall but I still get the same message. I saw some others on the le forum have gotten the same thing. I uninstalled my 3rd party plug in which are not but two effects and 4 virtual synths, but that did not help.

WEll, for whatever reason, 7.3 runs very rough on my laptop, which is only 2 ghz, not my main DAW but all the same, i can run 7.0 reasonably smoothly on it. 7.3 seems to be fine as kind on my AMD 3000 tower system.

I am getting the identical error JoePaz is getting. The Billing page also just flashes by but not giving you the opportunity to enter the data. Something is really wrong.
