iLOK log in problem
Hi Folks,
Has anybody else had a problem logging into their iLOK account recently... been trying for the last 24 hours.. once I've typed my password and user name the page loading freezes up... and after about 5 mins, a new page pops up from iLOK stating the following: The web server couldn't connect to an open application server. If you're seeing this page, just wait about 15 minutes and try again. There's a momentary glitch in the site which should resolve itself in that time frame. .... Well 15 minutes has turned into 24 hours, and I cannot find any contact with iLOK other than first having to sign into my account... oh, yeah, but I can't... so now what iLOK!!??? Has anybody else experienced this (I've tried logging in via MAC & PC through different browsers, same thing though) Does anybody have a contact email for those very distant customer care people at iLOK? Any advice would be very welcome.... |
