Surround Panner 'select track' shortcut?
I've got this Surround Panner:
http://www.avid.com/US/products/Surr...-for-Pro-Tools Running PT10 on OSX10.7.5 using a C|24 control surface. In the manual it says "The Next Track switch moves panner focus to the track below (Edit window) or on the right (Mix window)." But I haven't found an easier way to select my track. Is there a key command I can use? Can I make it follow my main edit window track selection? It seems to operate independent of everything else. Is there a button on the C|24 that can help me? I found out that holding Option and pressing the Next Track button will take me to the last track in the session, or first track, which is nice, but it's still very limiting and time-consuming to operate this way. Sorry for my ignorance, I'm new to this product, but the manual doesn't say anything about a shortcut key command, or how to make it follow my main track selection. Maybe I'm missing something, but is pressing that little 'next track' button the only way to select which track I'm using? |
