Default Cannot activate renewal
I just bought my renewal from sweetwater, however in my Avid account I don't see any option to "renew" anything. Not sure what to do next... Jeffro are you around?

Log in to avid, select the product in your account, "plan options" towards the right, enter support renewal code.

Thanks jeffro. It worked perfectly I see now the new expiration date. Should I get a new license on my ilok as well?

Renewing an Upgrade Plan updates the Release Limit on your existing license. Right+Click > Show Details on your Pro Tools license/bundle in iLok License Manager to check that date. (It should align with the end of your Upgrade Plan's term in my.avid.com/products.) Check out the Pro Tools Licensing FAQ for more info.

There shouldn't by any Expiration Date since it's a Perpetual license, so that's correct. At the bottom of Details you should see a Release Limit and that determines the most current version of Pro Tools it will authorize.

Yeah.. I forgot to scroll the first time silly as I am It does show the right date on the Release Limit. Sorry for the confusion (post above edited as well)
