Default C24 Protools hd and master section.

I had the system delivered and setup in my studio. Everything was working.
After a day I started up the system and I had to setup stereo out. After almost a day I succeded to Listen to stereo out. suddenly the mute button is active in tha monitor section and it using LCRS mode, I cant press the mute button nor the mode button. I know I could a few hours ago. Ive been looking for a function key of sort, nothing. Why can I press thoose buttons sometimes?

Same goes for windows and Tools&functions. I´ve been reading the manual and nothing. I noticed I cant be offline. Is there any settings in Pro tools I need to configure or something.

Please help asap.
Regards
Johan
