Default error message 9093 & 9129

Hi guys.
I can star saying that I’m new whit mbox and protools.
Around a month ago I got my first mbox (mbox 2).
And since then I have the same problem over and over igan.
It doesn’t matter if I playback, record, or bounce or if its 1 track or 10 track

Im getting this massage that says

THE OPERATING SYSTEM HELD OF INTERRUPTS FOR TO LONG. IF THIS OCCURS OFTEN, TRY INCREASING THE “H/W BUFFER SIZE” IN THE PLAYBACK ENGINE DIALOG (-9093)

When I increase the buffer size
To the max I get a new massage.
And if I don’t increase the buffer size to the maximum 2048
The previous massage will repeat.

AUDIO PROCESSING IS IN CONFLICT WHIT OTHER CPU TASKS. IF IT OCCURS OFTEN REDUCING THE “H/W BUFFER SIZE” IN THE PLAYBACK ENGINE DIALOG MAY PREVENT THIS PROBLEM (-9129)

So it really doesn’t matter how I do its still pretty [bleep].
What should I do, I haven’t recorded one thing since I got my mbox.

This my computer specifications.
