Eucon Status

Hi There,

Trying to get my Avid S3 to connect to Eucon but the status light remains dimmed running ProTools Ultimate 2024.3.0 on macOS Monterey 12.4 and

Pressing the configure Eucon tab the status bar moves to over halfway then it hangs and I need to force quit EuControl or ProTools.

Is it advisable to have Auto-launch Apps enabled on startup also is the IP address self assigned.

Do you have PT in the Application list in EuControl Settings? If you had this in the list for PT 2023, you'll need to remove this and add PT 2024 (we've fixed this in our next release so the DAW name is generic)

Hi Iain,

I do not have PT in the application list in EuControl settings. Cannot add PT 2024 as the plus tab does nothing in the Last Focused Application this is just blank.

Can you describe your system/computer setup including what version of EuControl you have installed?

When anything weird like this happens its always best to run the EUCON installer again, check remove all Apps and remove all prefs. Restart and then install EuControl (top option) again.
