Switching from HD Native to HDX - quick install question
Hi all.
I'm kind of resurrecting an old thread with this question. Can I switch my HD Native card to an HDX card without doing more than just that? Is it that simple? Can someone please point me to the correct thread about this. Thanks,

Yes. They are the same driver.
If the new HDX card isn't on the correct firmware, Pro Tools will start the firmware update the first time you start it. But it's all auto -- nothing for you to do but follow what it tells you.
