Default Snap/scrub bug in Protools 12

Hello !

I recently purchased protools 12 with duet device.

I often, not always but most of the time, have a problem with the snap/scrub waves, midis or even keynotes...

When I want to move a sound to a specific location, the cursor goes crazy and place my sound randomly on the track.

This occurs in all modes, grid snap and even slip mode.

If I have a sound on track 3 as soon as I click and move the sound appears to track 1 etc...

I don't know where the problem comes from. May be some extension pack bad install such as microsoft netframe and so on.

I had protools 8 LE installed on my computer before this install, and this problem never occured.

Could you help finding a solution please ?

Thanks in advance
