Midi setup wont open

I am still using LE 6.4,001 and I am trying too open the midi setup, and nothing happens. I had it set up with my DX7 and a 2080. Now on my mix window where I assign them, there is a 1 behind the DX7 - DX71 and 2080-20801
I could use a reminder as haw to hook up the midi connections between the DX the 001 and the 2080.
its been a while since I have set this up
