Default DAE Error -9131

Running PT 7.3 with the latest update on a Mac G5 PowerPC 1.6 GHz, 1 GB DDR SDRAM, OS X 10.5.2. Well the issue I have is that for a long time now I have been unable to go past DAE error -9131 whenever I try to playback a recorded session. I have searched the web, forums and many archives for a solution to this problem but no luck. At least I am sure it has nothing to do with Leopard as PT works fine on my 2 Powerbooks both running on Leopard and even B4 I upgraded to Leopard and was running Tiger I had this same issue with my G5. Getting very frustrated as am sure this could just be a very little fix am unaware of or not doing. At this point am ready to pay anyone who could help me with this problem !!!Help!!!!

Thanks RadioMoo it worked. I reformatted my Mac drive (Which was case sensitive) to Extended Journaled using my Leopard OS disk. Now LE 7.3 works fine on my G5. Thanks again you saved me from one of the biggest headaches I have had in months now
