Default Problem Setting Up Mbox

I finally got around to setting up my Mbox this weekend. See... i've used PT for a long long time before i got my own setup. And never setup a system on my own before. So heres the problem...

So i installed everything just as the manual had told me to. And made sure everything was working. Just like the manual instructed. So now im trying to hookup my MPC to my Mbox so i route my MPC singal right into a track into PT. I plugged the 1/4" Outs from my MPC, into the Input 1/4" on my Mbox. Figuring this should work. But now for the last 2 days everytime i try and open a new session i get a "Please Restart your Computer" Message. So i cant even see if it works.

Whats the problem??? I've been looking around on the net for the last 3 hours to see if people are having the same problem and cant find anything. So this is my last plea.

Oh and im running it on a Powerbook G4. Please Help. =(

Hey Dude

Kernel Panics (what you've described) on my system happened when I put the wrong version of PT with the wrong OS X. Check your OS version is correct with your PT version.

Hope this helps

Cheers

Mike

Yup, sounds like you're not running a supported version for your OS. Check the compatibility pages for more info, then visit the downloads page to get the version you need for your OS.
