Upgrade Not Showing for PT 12

I am having an issue with upgrading to Protools 12. I originally purchased Protools 11 student edition with 4 years of free upgrades. I recently upgraded my Mac to OS 10.11 out of necessity for a software I use. My current protools 11 does not support this OS, but 12 does. I now need to upgrade to 12, but when I go to my account, it shows no downloads available. I tried looking in FAQs and tried to contact avid. I apparently need to pay for customer support??? I'm confused and don't know how to get this fixed... anyone able to help???
