Default Lexicon Alpha and Casio PX-300 help!

Just got Pro Tools 9 today! Awesome! But I'm lost already. It doesn't work properly.

I've set my speakers to my Lexicon. Both I/O is through this. It detects my guitar as It should, no problem there, but when I record. It doesn't record anything at all?! WHY?

And how to I connect my Casio PX-300 midi keyboard? :)
