Whats the difference between LE & M-Powered PT?
Other than the hardware used is there a difference in the software? Is there any advantage to one over the other?

LE has the possibility of expanding with the DV toolkit. thats it. if you dont do video, it doesnt matter at all.

It just plain silly on digi side to have LE and M-Powered with different options. At this time when all DAW are offering so much more why doesn't LE include unlimited Tracks, Video to Film, OMF, MP3 Export and Scoring. having to purchase DV Toolkit or Production Kit is just them trying to sqeeze more money out of our pockets. For such a large customer base Digi needs to offer more to the Le users. I guess the competition is not doing enough for this to happen. All the features mentioned above are offer in Cubase, Nuendo, DP 5, Apple Logic, Sonar long time ago
