Default HD Native question...

Does anyone know if the currently qualified MacPros will work with PT11HD Native? I know that with HDX you need the newer models, but we are trying to make computer decisions for our edit studio going forward and would like to use one of our older Macs there.

Thanks in advance!!

Default Re: HD Native question...

There is no restriction for HD Native like there is for HDX.

However, from a strictly performance view, the 2009/2010 models seem to be much more able to run many tracks at a low buffer setting.
