Default Figuring Disc Space

Anyone know a great equation for figuring how much disc space will be used in a Pro-Tools sessions with 'X' amount of tracks at 'Y' length each at a sample rate of 48k and 16bit?

Sample Rate (kHz) 44.1 48 96 192
16-Bit — MB per Min 5 5.5 11 22
24-Bit — MB per Min 7.5 8 16 32
