sound skip in Protools 9
OK guys, I'm going to try fielding this problem again. As those who bother to read my posts know I am experiencing an audio playback problem where intermittently there will be a spot where there is no sound. I have described this as a skip. Well now it has changed! Now there is an audible sound where the skip had been and the best I can describe it is a scrub! I can compare it to the sound you get when you use the scrub tool but it's more like, dr,r,r,r,r !
I'm thinking that the problem is originating from a bad spot on my main pc drive,(C:). Does this sound possible? Any other opinions are welcome. |

Re: sound skip in Protools 9
Never experienced this here, but if you suspect any issue with the drive, its time to clone that beast, as in right NOW
