Default PROBLEM - Battery and PTLE

I bought NI Battery for my ProTools LE Digi001 rig a week ago and I can only get half of the program to work. Here's the problem

I have been able to get Battery to respond to MIDI input, produce audio drum sounds and to record a MIDI track, but I cannot get Battery to play back the MIDI track.

I have checked out the Battery/PTLE posts on the DUC and my expert retailer has not found a solution, although there are posts on the DUC from users who have successfully installed the Battery / PTLE combination.

MAC:
G4 733, 384 Mg RAM,20 Meg HD
DIGI 001
EMagic mt4
PTLE V 5.1.1
OMS V 2.3.8
DirectConnect V 5.1.1

Battery:
Battery V 1.0
Audio Port - ProTools DirectConnect
MIDI Settings - Selected MIDI System = OMS, MIDI Input Device = 01/W, MIDI Output Device = Battery, all other settings = off
BatteryPI is located in System\DAE\Plug-ins\

MIDI track:
Input from MIDI controller (01/W FD) receives MIDI
Output assigned to Battery (tested various MIDI channels) responds to MIDI Controller
* A recorded MIDI track does not trigger Battery samples during playback

AUX track has Battery plugin
Battery DirecConnect output 1L/2R (same as Battery output assignment)
Input assigned to various inputs (to test)
Output assigned to Analog 1-2 - to audio monitor amp

BTW... Once this setup is loaded, I can trigger the Battery samples from the MIDI controller regardless of what application is in front and regardless whether the record is enabled on the MIDI track.

Native Instruments has not replied with my password after I registered on their website so I have not been able to get any help from NI.

Any suggestions???

Thanking you in advance

Hi
You should switch Battery input to IAC Bus instead of 01/W.
Midi track should have output to IAC Bus too.
Check OMS setup first, if the IAC driver is listed there and it's active.
