Where to download PTHD 7.0/7.1??

Hi all, I have a small issue in that I had to reinstall OSX, and therefore protools HD - BUT - i have a disc for 6.9, and we downloaded the v7 upgrade when it came out. So now I have a PTHD 7 license on my iLok but i cannot find where to download the full 7.0/7.1 installer for PPC/OSX10.4....

Any ideas? I have trawled the support downloads section on digi.com but to no avail - I can only find the 7.1cs1 update, which wont take me from 6.9.3 to 7.1 no?

I was under the impression that the 7.1cs1 installer will only patch a previously installed 7.0/7.1 installation - am I wrong?

What can i do to get my 6.9 up to the 7.1 i have the authorization for without a CD?

Hi,

Do you have an account at the digi store? all your past transactions are kept on record at "your account" page in the digi store and from there you access your downloads.

Nice idea but the person who bought and setup the 7.0 for the studio has left a while ago and I am not sure of the account details, so i need another solution for now...is there no 'backcatalogue' of all the releases somewhere?

Hi,

All software is registered along with the hardware when purchased! you really need to get in touch with the person who registered your system!! you'll need this information for all future updates?

The installers for paid upgrades (PT 7) are not public domain. but if you have ilok auth for pt7 then i won't tell Digi if you don't http://www.sendspace.com/file/ogqh6u

Hi,

You need to login to "your account" at the Digi store and your purchase details along with the download will be there in your order history!!
