Please Help on Pro tools M powered Essentials

Since its related to digidesing i posted here.

I was about to purchase an M-Audio Fast track. Also i know it comes with pro tools m powered essentials.

I just went to the dealer and asked him " Whether this pro tools m powered essentials is full version or just a trial ( Demo ) version for few days " He replied " Its an trial version ".

Then i forums to forums i asked everyone, whether the pro tools m powered essentials is full version or trial, they said its not trial but its a full version software.

this made me come here and now i am very much confused.

Please, tell me whether the Pro tools M Powered Essentials which comes with M-Audio fast track is a Full Version or an Trial Version for few days??

Not necessarily a trial, i.e. it won't expire, but a 'limited version' would be a better term.

It's not a trial version, it's a permanent version.

However, it's very limited. You only get 16 audio tracks, and a few midi and instrument tracks, and it includes some virtual instruments.

One other big limitation is that you can not use any 3rd party plugins or virtual instruments with it. You're limited to the stock plugins and VI's that come with it.
