Error (-39)

Hi, Kind of a silly question but I have not seen anything on the answerbase or any of the old threads. I am running Pro Tools LE 6.1 on a Mac G4. Occasionaly when bouncing to disk, at the very end I get a message that says: Could not complete "Bounce to disk..." command because: Logical-end-of-file reached (-39)

It only does it on some sessions, sometimes on specific selected regions within the same session. Any ideas what this could be or how to resolve the issue?
