Structure Hang

Loading PT 8 for the first time on my laptop. No problems on my PC. On my laptop it hangs on "Loading p;ug-ins Structure.dpm" I tried removing the Structure folderfrom the Creative collection file. It is still hanging even though I took that plug out.

What should I do?
