D-Verb free before 12/31/99 true?

Somewhere il Digi User Conference I found that who'll buy digi001 before 12/31/66, will have RTAS D-Verb for free.
Is it true? It could be very interesting, because the digi001 system could in that manner become a true complete home recording system.

For those of us who paid to upgrage Toolbox to Toolbox XP, do we get the D-verb RTAS plug-in as well? We already have the Audiosuite/DFX version so will it be updated to work realtime? Customer support didn't know and there is no option for us to purchase D-verb RTAS in the online store. Thanks, Darrell Diaz

The D-Verb is smokin! How do I order the other DigiRack effects mentioned above (EQ, dither, etc..)? Is it a bundle? I do not see them on the digidesign.com products list.

I got the D-Verb, EQ II, Comp II, Limiter II, and the dither plugins when I bought my Digi001. Also, Audiosuite stuff like Time Stretcher and pitch changer.

Nothing else to buy to get rockin'.

I AM waiting for the Waves NPP bundle to ship for RTAS, however.
