9093 error with pro tools 7.1

I am getting a 9093 error ever since i upgraded to a digi 002R.
even if its just one track with no plugins. I change the buffer either up or down and problem is resolved but no matter what, it happns every time.
even if I close a session and open another session big or small..
anyone have this same problem with Pro Tools 7.1?
I am running AMD 4400 64bit
with asus mother board. all items I purchesed were aproved by duc posts..
any ifo would be great..

Still need sandra report, even if you're using "aproved by duc posts".

A Sandra report is a detailed report of your computer specifications. It shows us details about the parts you have installed without us having to ask a hundred questions.

Read the General Troubleshooting thread. There are instructions at the end for how to obtain Sandra and post the report, but there are also other suggestions that might alleviate your problem before you even have to do that.

I was told that Sp2 kinda screws up pro tools 7.1 so i never installed it should I try installing SP2 for Win Xp or not?? reason being . I cant not use the microsoft hot fix for dual cpu with out SP2.
as far as the sandra report it dosent work my Pc is not hooked up to internet...

any info would be great

SP2 is a requirement for Pro Tools versions above 7.0

Your computer doesn't need to be hooked up to the internet to run a sandra report. You can download the software on an internet connected computer, transport it to the Pro Tools machine (CD, jump drive, etc), run the report, and transfer the text created by the report back to the internet connected machine in the same way.

I did try and install sandra software and it gave me some error message and wouldent install propely
I am downloading Sp2 as we speak. I will install that first then try and reload the sandra report software.
when I get this software up and running what info do i copy and past to this duc window?
