AMD processor

Hi,

I'm runnng a amd x2 processor, but it's not working as it's supposed to:

I seem to have the same problem as many others. "try reducing the buffer", half an hour later "try increasing the buffer". I also have problems closing a session and the opening a new one. Sometimes PTLE doesn't react.

I have followed all the instructions displayed in the 'general trouble shooting' post, but still no luck. I'm am going to install 7.3, but I'm not expecting anything to change. Sinds I'm not the only person with this problem, I'm assuming Digidesign is working on it. Though it would be comforting to know this as a fact. Please keep me updated. I think I speak for everyone.

The only problem I have encountered is that it will give me an error to increase or decrease hardware buffer and its funny I could be at higher setting and get the error then reduce the hardware buffer and its all good for hours on end. Very strange bug I think.
Other than that its all good.
Question? Does digidesign even know about this bug and are they or have they already released a patch to fix this?? If so where can we download it from?
