TCE Bug?

Perhaps I haven't been very observant in the past, but I just noticed some odd behavior with the TC/E tool. When working from the right-side of a clip, compressing with the TC/E behaves exactly like the Trim Tool. When expanding from the right-side of a clip, expansion does occur overall, however a proportionate number of samples are also dropped from the right-side dependent upon the amount stretched. The TC/E tool works fine when manipulating from the left-side of a clip.

I upgraded to v10.3.9 several months back and don't believe this was happening with the prior version (I think v10.3.4). Also, I'm using the Windows version of PT along with the CPT. Anyone else experiencing this as well, and is this also occurring in PT 11 HD?
