2018.12 freezes
Since 2018.12 I have a lot of freezes from PT when I deactivate a plugin or when I move an insert in another place, do you not experiment it ?

Don't Deactivate or Move an insert while you are playing a project ... Press stop then do it .. it makes a big difference

Actually it seems that was EUCON Control app (ipad) which cause the issue when my ipad is not opened PT 2018.12 (and PT 2018.10 too and I think earlier versions).
I uncheck EUCON in Controller tab of PT and now no freezes
