Audio files deactivated when opening pt 5 files

Hi, I tried to open a pt 5 session. The audio files are in SD2 format (Sound Designer 2) and in pt 12.7, the audio doesn't playback, and i also don't see the waveform image in the tracks.

Is there a way to convert pt 5 files into pt 12?

Quickest way to make this happen is to open with PT10.

This ^^^^ because, after PT 10, PT won't open SD2 files.
