BTW - Loom is amazing! One of the first true leaps in synthesis that I've heard in quite a while, and I've barely touched the surface.

Hint 2 Upper right part of the window.

Still, some of the plugs have a set of presets in the Avid folder and I would have liked all of the to have that, because it is easy to navigate that way.

All of the above are showing in my Avid account with purchase/registration dates.

I am not sure at this point if any of my information has been transferred from Avid to AIR.

Same here, but after talking to the A.I.R. Support here in Germany, the problem was probably that my Email-Settings would turn away and delete Spam-Mails right away.

I was talking to AIR tech support yesterday and this is what they said:

"You should be receiving an email within the next 24-48 hours with a promo code for the upgrade price.
We are sending out an email (with the code) to all current users of the instrument pack. If you do not get this code please check your spam folder."

Hopefully it will arrive by the weekend.

How do you people get the $99.99 upgrade price from 1 instrument 1.x to AIR Instrument Expansion Pack 2.0? In the upgrade window it says $99.99 but then in the store - with my promo code - I only get it down to $149.99.
Cheers, Detlef.

Has anyone successfully installed the new Structure (in Windows) from this download? I notice that one of the folders (part 18) is DMG (Mac) formatted.

OMG Tom, It's not just me. I have the same problem my download number 18 is MAC formatted for Structure, I called AIR Tech support this morning and made them aware of the problem.

The upgrade from PTIEP to AIEP 2.0 is $99. The upgrade from a single instrument to AIEP 2.0 is $149.

Sheesh...

After downloading 10*2GB of Strike, it seems that part one is from different set of files than the rest.
