Default A Big Problem in my Score Editor

Hi,
I have a question that seems stupid but I can't solve it...
How can I write correctly with musical notation in Score Edior this figure (1/16 notes 1/16 Rest 1/16 note 1/16 rest)?
When i write these notes, i have ( 1/8 note 1/16 note 1/16 rest )
To more clarify this problem
Suppose i have this figure [( 1 2 3 4 ) note] and every note is equal to 1/16 note
if i clear (note N°2) the note N° 1 becomes (1/8 note) than if i clear note N°4 the "note N°3" becomes (1/8 note) so finally i have 1/8+1/8 note and the rests disappear
The midi notes in midi editor are correct but in score editor are not correct

it's a bug in Pro tools??...how can i solve this problem, this is really my big problem because i use score editor most of time.

i upload a photo to clarify my problem

( i use Pro tools HD 10.3.0 / Win 8 64bits )

Thank you so Much

Hi !!!
i Find the Solution:

1 / Open "midi Editor"
2 / Write the 1/16 notes and 1/16 rests that you want
Now we will adjust the notes:
3 / Open "Real Time Duration"
4 / Open the "Duration" panel" (it is between "Quantize" and "Delay")
, ...... In The duration panel it there's 3 buttons "duration Mode" / "Duration amount" / and "Duration Units"
4 / in "Duration Amount" Put the value "2" so that it appears 2l000 ticks "
5/ in duration Panel go to "Duration Mode" and change it to "Subtract"
6 / Now enable the Duration button (its color changes to green)
7 / Finally "Write to Track" and everything is stored ...
8/ If there is no sound Open "Event Properties" ....choose "Set to all" than put a number between 0.000 and 0.048
DONE
