003 Console In From Repair But Now Another ISSUE! (Repeated Clicking Sound) WEIRD

I just received my unit in from repair today! I had a very strange issue with CH 1-2 phantom power for about 6 months we couldnt figure out if it was my main mic or the console, I sent in my unit to repair at an authorized repair center and they stated nothing was wrong, so then I sent in my mic and they changed the Main element, returned and the issue I had while trying to record was still there, so I sent the unit to the main Digi repair center out in CA, anyways I got the unit today once i turn it on I notice the "Aux In" button continues to flash and make a clicking/twitching sound and it causes the audio to skip whether its in the DAW or WMP!
