maximum number of deliveries?

I just got a call from a client trying to send me something. He was getting an error message to the effect of my server was not accepting deliveries because it was full. (I'm paraphrasing his paraphrasing of the actual error message--I'm not sure exactly what it said.)

My server had over 60 gig of free space and he was trying to send less than 20 meg. The only thing I could think of is there were a bunch of old deliveries still lying around (I think 79 of them), so I deleted everything we weren't still using manually and everything is working now.

Is there an "official" maximum number of deliveries available on a DD server? I actually have RTFM and don't remember seeing anything about that...

On a side note, does Aspera monitor this board at all? If not, does anyone know how we can contact them with feature requests, questions, etc?

I have about 200 deliveries on my server (GT) using about 20%. No problems adding new ones.

If you have an LT unit, you are limited to having I believe 20 unreceived deliveries. The error your user is describing sounds a lot like you are at that limit.

On a side note, does Aspera monitor this board at all? If not, does anyone know how we can contact them with feature requests, questions, etc?
