12.4 install problems

Hey there,

in Dezember i clean installed el-capitan and PT 12.3 on my Mac Pro 3,2 GHz Quad Core with 8 Gig Ram.

Today i downloaded 12.4 via the Avid Aplication Manager and tried to install.

But when the install Prozess starts, i get an error while writing data. i restarted the machine, but the same again. any ideas? what could be wrong?

Edit: PT 12.3 is still working

Edit: PT 12.3 is still working

Go to your Avid acct and download it there.

wouldnt be sure what that even is to be honest... all that avid lingo is too hard to understand...

I bought pro tools end of 2012 as an academic version... ive had all upgrades and was showing 12.3 just 2 months ago now it only shows 12.2.1...

there is no reason why im not still on the free updates being a student. which I also am still a student.
