Default Cedar DNS one controller?

Hi All,
I'd like a controller for the DNS one. I have a Pro Control and Fader pack currently and flip the DNS one onto the faders of the pro control. This works OK but I am starting to get tired of constantly flipping the faders. Too many moves to get the job done for me . I'd like a DNS 3000 kind of controller for this plug in. Always controlling the focused DNS one plug in. I was thinking of the Novation automap software and their ZeRO SL MkII controller but it doesn't have motorized faders.

Any one have a suggestion? Who is with me on this?

Best
Brandon

I'd enjoy that too. How can you map MIDI commands to the plugin? I think that requires cooperation from Cedar, doesn't it?

Do the faders on a DNS3000 get recorded by Pro Tools automation? I don't think so, but I only have experience with DNS2000 (remote control only)

Well, I'm not sure if the dns 3000's fader moves get recorded to PT automation but I thought they did. I've only used a 1000 2000 and one myself. I was just using the device as a example of what I would like the controller to function like.

Yes I get it, I am in the same position.

You have a Digi control surface, which really shuts down your options for MIDI control surfaces, so I don't think you can use a MIDI controller to operate a plugin, without getting rid of the Pro Control, which puts you back where you started. Perhaps I am wrong?

So, I was thinking that if the Cedar remote software can read a DNS3000, then something that emulates a 3000 could be used (or built). That wouldn't be impossible.

Or maybe I'm missing something obvious. It wouldn't be the first time.
