For over a decade? Really?

The upgrades and support plans were launched with the release of Protools 12, in March of 2015. (along with their initial subscription plans). So that's just about 6 years ago now.

Avid got rid of the expired upgrade plan reinstatements for vanilla and Ultimate starting January 1st, 2020. All the plans left are only old stock and will eventually run out.

@dez811, IF the license you are looking at is actually a brand new, never before registered license, then yes, once you register it, it will authorize a current Protools perpetual license. However, if it has been registered before and you transfer it to you and try to authorize it, and it has an expired Upgrades and Support Plan, then you will be stuck at whatever version that Upgrade and Support plan was last current for. You only option after that will be to cross grade to a rental plan, unless you find a retailer, like the one above, that has an Upgrade and Support Plan Reinstatement Code left in stock.
