Need help with pro tools le 8 installing it on windows 8
Can some one help me ! I tried to install pro tools le 8 on my new laptop that has windows 8 on it ! I been having trouble with it...its not workin.....can some one help or got any tips for this problem

Shot in the dark, but....try 2 things(after you run the uninstall routine as a clean start is always a good idea, and sometimes mandatory). Right click and run the setup using the Run as Administrator, AND try installing in Windows 7 compatibility. Don't forget that the driver is a separate install too.

And what version of 8? You'll need 8.0.5 to have a chance. And you do know Win 8 is NOT qualified or supported by Avid yet, yes?
