PPC 8.0.1 this needs some clarification from Avid!!

There's a lot of serious venting going on over this and the only statement so far for PPC users has been this...

Q: Will Avid continue to provide CS bug fixes for 8.0.1 and earlier software releases?

A: The company will continue to monitor the performance of 8.0.1 after its release and may offer CS software updates if necessary.

May offer cs software updates? thats a bit vague!!
Are 8.0.1 users going to get the bug fixes that have been announced in 8.0.3?

There's no doubt that since Apple dropped PPC 3 years ago! they can't continue to develop new software for it, but just needs some clarity about bug fixing the software they have bought.

I don't need the added features per say but I sure as hell need the bug fixes.
You can't just cut me off after selling me a 3/4 right product.
I have been with Pro tools since it was literally 4 tracks (hell I even had sound tools haha) and this is the worst I have ever felt about they way the company has handled things. (that is if they leave it this way) which i hope they do not.
