Default Maximum Number of Aux Tracks already exist for the current Protools Configuration

Getting a
"The maximum number of Aux Tracks already exist for the current Protools Configuration" when adding a new aux track - I can't find anything stating a limit on aux tracks, in fact google searches are saying there isn't one? Anyone have any idea what is going on or what the limit is and or how it works?

Note I am on 2019.12.0

ALSO: Even when deleting existing aux tracks, somehow I am still getting the message....

Hmmm, this should not be happening(unless you have a boatload of AUX tracks). Not sure this will help, but open Setup>IO and select the BUS tab. On this window, try adding a few dozen new bus paths and see if it helps

Default Re: Maximum Number of Aux Tracks already exist for the current Protools Configuration

Pro Tools | Standard has a maximum of 128 Aux Tracks
Pro Tools | Ultimat has a maximum of 512 Aux Input Tracks
The number of Bus Paths is unlimited for all Pro Tools versions

At least these are the specs for the current v2020.12. I don't know if v2019.12 is that much lower.

Top tip: when googling, add "site:avid.com" to your search
