Default Installing PT10.3.8 Says OS Too Old

This is a first....Installing PTHD 10.3.8 on my iMac, that already has 10.3.6 on it, and its giving me the error in the pic, which makes no sense.

You're installing PT10 on OS 10.10? That installer won't work.

I bet you upgraded this partition from Mavs to Yosemite.

I got this same error for both PT's 10 and 11 on my clean test drive. I didn't dive too far into it as I'm not happy with a graphics issue in both Mavs and Yosemite on my second monitor.

Chief, is that the only sketchy fix to get around this?

Seems like it's an easy enough fix, after installing, then replace the original pfile and bam your done

I'll give it a shot, especially now that 11.3 is out. Been running tests the last few days on 11.2.2 on ML 10.8.5 and things have been going smooth. May be looking to sell my backup PT10 license if all goes well :P
