Bouncing issues

I'm using Pro Tools 10 with the Mbox 2 Pro and Windows 7 (32 Bit version).

After I bounce to disk I can't play the audio file through Media Player or iTunes. How do I resolve this? I've always been able to do this before I installed Windows 7. I can import the audio file into iTunes, but there's no sound.

Is there something I'm not knowing? Please help.
