Kontakt note-off problem in PT12.7

I recently bought the Output bundle, which relies on the Kontakt player, and on a couple of the plugins - Substance, which is a bass engine, and Analog Strings - sometimes a note will continue playing after PT playback is stopped. The Sustain Control is not being used... the note will turn off if i resume playback and it gets a note-off message from the same exact note. This doesn't happen every time, but when it does happen, it's incredibly annoying. One way of turning it off is opening the Kontakt player and clicking on the exclamation mark near the top. Output tells me it must be a Kontakt issue. Anyone else had similar experiences?
