If you are looking for that plug-in with either the Finder (Mac OS) or Explorer (Windows), you will not find it. Avid's implementation of ReWire in Pro Tools 10 is in the ReWire.dpm plug-in file.
  1. Launch Pro Tools.
  2. Open a session.
  3. Launch FL Studio.
  4. Switch to Pro Tools.
  5. Create an Instrument track.
  6. Try to insert a native, stereo plug-in from the Instrument category on the Instrument track

Do you see FL Studio in the plug-in list at that point?

Since you're on Pro Tools 10, FL Studio needs to be the 32-bit version not 64-bit.

This May or may not help.
