Re: Cant bounce 2 disk-Assertion in \"FF_AudioProperty\"
Hi
I had the EXACT same problem - it bugged me for weeks and caused me a lot of stress!!! Eventaully, I thought I might as well try e-mailing DigiDesign directly - and within 3 hours they got back to me with this Hi, What do you have your DAE playback buffer set to. It should be left at the default of 2. If you have it set to higher values it can cause Pro Tools to throw this error when bouncing to disk. Please let me know if this does not resolve your issue. Best regards, Digidesign Technical Support I was REALLY impressed with the speed of their response, and this simple thing sorted the problem instantly. I think its just a shame that the original error message which seems to suggest a corrupted fade file, cannot be made into a more useful message, with the above suggestion. Hope this fix works for you. Best of luck, John |
