Avid won't take my money

I've tried for two hours to try and purchase a student subscription of pro tools, or the regular version, or any version. But as soon as I sign in, get my product in the shopping cart, and click checkout, I'm redirected to a force.com error page. I've attached a screenshot. Is anyone else having trouble buying stuff from Avid today?

Sorry for the trouble. Haven't seen other reports like this. What browser are you using, and have you tried another?

Yes I've tried Google Chrome and Safari on my mac, and I've tried Chrome and the Edge browser on Windows. No dice. Any ideas?
