Can I confirm...you just have a Control ? have you tried changing the power supply ?

Yes, only control for now.

Yes I have. A few months ago I got a power supply with same specifications with the original. It did not help, so I turned back to the original power supply.

I find if Pro Tools (2018.7.0) crashes, for whatever reason, then after restarting it EuControl (18.3.0.227) is often not far behind.

Yes, these are intricately linked so sometimes it will cause both to fail. We want to improve on this next year though.
