purchased a 1st gen, Ilok.
SEALED, NOS.
purchased a Sealed License Card.

Plugin Authorization was succesful.
BUT...
Plugin Licenses does not apear on the ilok.

submited a ticket on ilok support.

answare was:

When i try to activate the plugin in other pc,
i get an error, "License is not on the Card."

The Plugin Vanished, Disappeared, Evaporated

Seems the latest ilok manager erases the ilok v1, when i click any option.
the plugin was there, now is nowhere.

i want to cry.

tried all older ilok installers i could find, none works.

ilok like always messing customers jajajajajajajaja LOL.

read all the FAQs.... WHERE IS THE WARNING!? ILOK will erase licenses on the card! and will not transfer to the ilok.

The only safe way to use these things if they have never been activated is with an old system running an old enough version of the ilok software. I would not trust anything beyond a PT 6.4.1/OSX 10.3 system.

Just ran into this myself. Same response from support. Ludicrous.
