002 + Mbox

can i run a 002 and an Mbox on my iBook? (not at the same time)

EG: use the 002 for recording, but the Mbox for portability for editing on the move (that sounds so poncey).

otherwise i may have to move to the land of DP to avoid lugging a big rack all over the place.

Sure I don't see why not. You can't run the 2 systems simultaneously, but one at time. You should partition you main HD install the 002 on one partition and the Mbox on the other. When you want to switch systems, switch disks.
Anybody know more?

You don't have to partition your HD - 002 and mBox will work from the same install ( 6.2.2 ).
