They aren't working on my PT 6.1.1 / 10.2.8 system except for the 1176.

They don't work in 6.1.2 either. But it's great to have the free 1176 plug!

Hey everyone -- we've been able to reproduce some of these issues in-house but haven't identified a fix yet. As a precaution, we've added the following warning to the download page:
Quote:
Warning – Mac OS X customers using Pro Tools version 6.1 with the Jaguar 10.2 OS X operating system may encounter problems when using the Free Bomb Factory plug-ins. Digidesign is aware of the problem and will post more information as it becomes available. OS X customers experiencing problems may consider updating to Pro Tools 6.2.2 and the Panther 10.3 OS X operating system which is confirmed to work with the Free Bomb Factory plug-ins.
Currently, we're focused on the following two issues:
  • -6003 errors running PT 6.1.x LE on OSX 10.2.8 (Jaguar)
  • -7204 errors running PT 6.2 (HD) on OSX 10.2.8 (Jaguar)
Sorting out these issues is the DSP Group's top priority at the moment -- we'll keep people informed as more details emerge.

Thanks for your patience,

-- Joe Saracino

I'm having the exact same problem with 6.1.2 and G4. However, a friend has a G4 and 6.1, and the plug-ins work fine....but he doesn't have Waves plug-ins! Do you? I found error -6003 on the Waves forum, but no reply yet.

is panther 10.3.2 supported for G4's yet? according to the digi site, looks like that isn't planned until next month! if you are having no problems, i'd love to upgrade to my panther, but i've been waiting for the okay to use it with my G4 and 002R. let me know...i'm dying to use these new bomb factory plugs!

anymore news on this, i got a copy today, and when itry to open the files i get an error message
"item 'free bomb factory plug ins' is used by OS X and cannot be opened" no idea what this means,

so i went and downloaded the plugs, and this disk will open but which destination folder should i be putting them in, can i just put it into the digidesign folder or do i need to be more specific.

im on 10.2.6 and V6.1 on a 002r so it sounds like im gonna have issues anyway but any help would be appreciated
